ประกาศนายทะเบียนสมาคมจังหวัดขอนแก่น
เรื่อง จดทะเบียนจัดตั้งสมาคมวิชาชีพกำจัดแมลงภาคอีสาน
ด้วย พันเอกปัญญา กระจ่างกุล และ นายเสกสิทธิ คูณศรี และ นายคมกริช พันงาม
ได้ยื่นคำขอจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งสมาคมวิชาชีพกำจัดแมลงภาคอีสาน
ต่อนายทะเบียนสมาคมจังหวัดขอนแก่น มีใจความสำคัญตามข้อบังคับของสมาคม ดังนี้
๑. สมาคมชื่อ สมาคมวิชาชีพกำจัดแมลงภาคอีสาน
๒. วัตถุประสงค์ของสมาคม คือ
๒.๑ ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการประกอบธุรกิจกำจัดแมลง ปลวก และสัตว์รบกวน
ทั้งในทางปฏิบัติและทางวิชาการ
๒.๒ สนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือสมาชิกแก้ไขอุปสรรคข้อขัดข้องต่าง ๆ ในการประกอบการค้า
ของสมาชิก
๒.๓ เป็นสื่อกลางประสานงานการประกอบการกับหน่วยราชการ และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
เพื่อให้การประกอบธุรกิจกำจัดแมลง ปลวก และสัตว์รบกวน ดำเนินไปโดยเรียบร้อย
และมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ตามหลักกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
๒.๔ เป็นสื่อกลางระหว่างสมาชิกเพื่อความสัมพันธ์อันดี เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ความชำนาญ
ในการประกอบธุรกิจกำจัดแมลง ปลวก และสัตว์รบกวน เพื่อให้ควาห้ความช่วยเหลือ
ทางวิชาการ และทางปฏิบัติในการประกอบธุรกิจกำจัดแมลงร่วมกัน
๒.๕ ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนวิชาชีพกำจัดแมลง ปลวก และสัตว์รบกวน ให้มีมาตรฐานที่ดี
และถูกหลักวิธีการในการให้บริการ เพื่อประโยชน์และความเป็นธรรมต่อผู้บริโภค
รวมถึงผู้ให้บริการ
๒.๖ ส่งเสริมการสร้างสุขภาพ พลานามัย และจัดให้มีกิจกรรมเป็นครั้งคราว
๒.๗ สอดส่องติดตามความเคลื่อนไหว ภาวะตลาดกำจัดแมลง เคมีอุปกรณ์ การให้บริการ
กำจัดแมลง และสัตว์รบกวน ที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม
๒.๘ ส่งเสริมและเผยแพร่เกียรติของสมาชิกผู้ดำเนินการวิชาชีพกำจัดแมลง
ปลวก และสัตว์รบกวน ให้เป็นที่เชื่อถือแก่ประชาชนและภาครัฐ
๒.๙ สรรหา คัดกรอง นำเสนอสารเคมี อุปกรณ์ ที่ได้มาตรฐาน คุ้มค่า ราคาเหมาะสม
ให้แก่สมาชิก
๒.๑๐ ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมือง
๓. สำนักงานใหญ่ของสมาคม ตั้งอยู่ที่ เลขที่ ๘๘๘/๑ หมู่ที่ ๑๒ ตำบลสำราญ อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่นแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น ๔๐๐๐๐
๔. การจัดการของสมาคมในวาระเริ่มแรก มีคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานดังรายนามต่อไปนี้
